HOW TO MAKE IT

Start by putting the ground meat in a bowl with the egg and a mixture of garlic, parsley salt and pepper, bread softened in milk and, grated parmesan. Mix everything and if you think the dough is too soft you can add some breadcrumbs. Make the dough into small balls and let rest in refrigerator. Now prepare the tomato sauce. In a pan put a little extra virgin olive oil , a clove of garlic and 2 or 3 basil leaves. Once everything is well browned you can pour the tomato puree, simmer for 30 minutes and add the tomato concentrate, adjust salt and pepper, cook for another 10 minutes. Now take the meatballs and place them in the sauce, cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes. Cook the spaghetti and put them in the sauce remembering to leave aside the meatballs to garnish. Sprinkle everything with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
