INGREDIENTS

250 gr of sausage

1 pkg. Puff pastry

100 gr of pre-cooked lentils

1 carrot

1/2 white onion

1 potato

1 cup vegetable broth

20 gr of pistachios

Salt

Pepper

E.v.O oil


HOW TO MAKE IT

Start by boiling the cotechino in hot water and when will the boil cook for 20 minutes. Meanwhile cut a 1/2 onion finely along with a potato and cut a carrot into squares. Sauté everything in a little oil for about 10 minutes, add the lentils and cook for another 10 minutes, add salt and pepper and put in a blender. Take the pastry dough and using a glass form some discs, put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make some holes in them with a fork and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius in theoven. Remove the cotechino and let it cool, cut into slices about 1 cm, and begin to form the millefoglie, put some cream of lentils on the bottom of a dish, then the disk of pastry, a slice of cotechino, a bit of cream and a new disc, cotechino and cream. Serve with a drizzle of oil E.v.O.
