300 gr of cookies or graham crackers

150 gr butter

80 gr sugar

100 gr of white chocolate

200 gr of dark chocolate or Nutella

2 eggs

300 gr of cream cheese


Start by melting the chocolate (if used Nutella is not necessary). Crumble the cookies, add the butter at room temperature (or to speed the process melt it in a pan and add the crushed cookies), mix well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, roll out the mixture and press well to make it compact. Let stand for an hour in the fridge. Now take the cream cheese and mix with the help of a whip with the sugar and the eggs, add the chocolate or Nutella and pour the mixture over the base. Let stand for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator, then bake at 170 degrees for 30-35 minutes static. Once cooked and cooled, serve pouring white chocolate on it or aside so that every guest can have the desired dose.
