150 gr of sliced chicken breast

2 carrots

1 celery

1 fennel

1 spring onion

1 cup of soy sauce

1 tbsp sugar

50 gr of ham

1 package of puff pastry Rectangular




Start by washing and cutting celery, carrots and fennel into stripes. In a pan put a little oil and brown the spring onion simply cut into four. Add and cook the carrots, celery and fennel for no more than two minutes, remove the spring onion and pour now the soy sauce and sugar, raise the flame for two minutes and let aside. Take the prosciutto and roll it out on a sheet, lie down the chicken on it and beat slightly. Take the vegetables and lay them on the end of the chicken and with the help of the sheet roll everything. Be careful to roll it tight. Now take a pan and pour in the oil, fry well on all sides in order to seal and leave it on a cutting board to cool down. Now take the puff pastry, lie down the chicken on it and roll it well being careful to close the sides very well. Bake at 170 Celsius degrees (340 Farenheit) for 25-30 minutes and serve.
