200 gr fresh Anchovies

200 ml Apple Vinegar

2 Onions White

100 gr Sundried Tomatoes Agriblea

Oil E.v.O



Juice of 1 lemon

1 Orange


Start by cleaning and wash the anchovies. Meanwhile clean and cut the onions very finely and put them to soak in vinegar for about half an hour. Take the anchovies and let them grill for a few minutes in a pan or on a grill. Remove and place them in a bowl, cover with the juice of a lemon and the remaining vinegar and let stand for 20-25 minutes. Now drain the onions and cook over low heat with a little oil E.v.O until they are clear. Now take the anchovies and drain from vinegar and lemon juice, lay them on a serving platter. Add now julienne cutted sundried tomatoes Agriblea, stir over the heat and pour over the anchovies. Take an orange, peal it and use it to decorate with little bits here and there.
